Elite Orthopedic and Sports Rehab, LLC, is a physical therapist owned and independent private practice. We specialize in rehabilitation for orthopedic and muscular injuries, sports medicine, and pre/post operative conditions.

Following a thorough one hour assessment, a comprehensive treatment plan is established with the ultimate goal of alleviating pain, restoring mobility/strength, and resuming prior level of function.

Our treatments may include hands-on manual techniques, various modalities, patient education for posture, body mechanics, and symptom management, and therapeutic exercise with emphasis on sport, function or work related activities. Patients are also educated on their mechanism of injury and motivated to comply with a home exercise program to prevent reoccurrences.
